Just read an article that stated the best part of the cash for clunkers program a few years back was that it removed 85% of the cars from the road that had Obama bumper stickers on them....... Now that i think is funny.

If that is true now we should have a cash for idiots program.
or cash for illegal immagrants using up all of our money!
