Swapping a 75 camaro 308 posi for my 241 open in my f/bird. What if any problems should I expect and what kind of accelleration improvements can I expect????

- Engine size
- Stock or modified and what mods
- Auto or 4spd
- Rear tire size

I would say the gain in acceleration is minimal with these gears. You might see some MPG improvement possibly... but again, 308's are still pretty high. You would see an immediate improvement w/a a int, 4bbl carb, headers, cam, higher stall (maybe 2500). But if you add up the cost, you could get a ring & pinion kit too for less than all those things & see a gain there too.
