anyone heard of or used zirgo electric fans?they make a single blade 3000 cfm fan that draws 10 amps that im think about buying.

looks excatly like mine......i got mine 16" from autozone for $60 and come in sizes from 12",14" and 16"..... they are really thin and lite and move alot of air with not alot of current draw :)

do you use a fan shroud?

no shroud.... just the fan and it will suck and hold a damn towel from a few inches away and keep it there..... i can only image with a shroud :)
