rewiring the horn

HEY GUYS,maybe someone can help me out.I installed a new wiring harnes in my 70 el camino.When I plugged the horn wire into the horn relay,I am getting the buzzing sound from the relay like the keys are left in the ignition.Does anyone have an idea of what is the problem.Can use some help!

Does the buzzing stop when the horn itself is disconnected? Here is a site that may help. It has a great schematic.

I found the wire that goes to the switch at the door ,was not plugged in and was not completeing the circuit.Thanks for the help.
