SUPERBARTMAN/reddnova is a liar,bad to deal with & SCAMM

This guy is a true nut case. I made a trade with this guy 4 mths ago and he still is crying about it the same way he has about every other person he has dealt with from this site and others.
He feels as if he does'nt get the best deal poss on any trade then later he will try to find something wrong or make something go wrong so he can try and scare someone or threaten them into paying more or giving more after the deal has been done.
Nobody trades just on a picture alone, nobody just goes on someones word on any trade without inspecting the trade offered first.
Nobody will drive 4 1/2 hrs to make a deal on something broke then have 3 hrs or so to inspect the trade and still do the deal if they find out it is broke!
This guy has tried to ruin my name, make me out to be a scammer,threatened me and said he was going to have me put in jail for something that is not my fault at all.
Then keep pulling up the same forum just to try and ruin my name.

Guess what BART JOHNSON none of it worked for ya did it!
I still made a deal on the car and could have plenty of times before!
You cannot ruin my name nor can you do shit about the trade we made!
Nobody ever contacted me or any police,fbi or anyone!

The only reason i'm posting this forum is so everyone can see who he is and what aka he uses. I dont care if it stays atop the page for very long or not but it would be nice to see it stay on top for awhile just so he cannot keep doing this kinda shit to other people!

He is absolutely the worst guy i have ever traded with and i've done my share. If there is anyone that doesnt believe me just deal with him yourself.

Just in case those of you haven't read the SCAMMER complaint I filed on here againt Tom Jones aka tomsrod aka pete 77, Tom acting as an attorney and now Tom has changed his username to dthotrods and says he lives in Ashland Ky when he really lives in Greenup Ky.

I traded a super nice 66 Chevy post car rolling to Tom for a Massey Ferguson tractor and here is his ad. no. 2066300 and this is a good looking tractor that he stole the pic of from a dealer in NY and presented as his own. Ad 2083782 is the tractor he posted a picture of to cover his tracks and the one he delivered to me in the middle of the night in a rain storm. BAIT AND SWITCH, AND INTERNET FRAUD. This tractor ended up being 2 years older than the one he had advertised and had a busted 4 wheel drive transmission. I did not realize until the next morning that the 4 wheel drive transmission was busted when I tested the tractor. I took the tractor to 2 different tractor dealers and had it checked out. Tom hedged on taking any responsibility for the broken tractor when I called him about it. It ended up costing me $1600 plus 2 towing trips to the dealer to get the tractor repaired. When I showed the 2 tractor pictures to the dealers they said there was at least $5000 difference in the value not counting the repair. I figure Tom got me for around $8000. I did file a claim with the FBI branch handling internet fraud and am still waiting to hear what they are going to do about Scamming Tom Jones. This is my business and I will not post any case or complaint no's.

Those of you who have jumped on here and started running your mouth about something you don't know anything about are supporting a scammer. Go read my complaint and see what Tom got caught up in by the scam busters on here.

I am done with Tom. I paid for the junk he brought me and I will not get in a pissing contest with the scumbag of the earth. He thinks he can bash me on here with NO GROUNDS and it will work for him. It won't!

We traded towards the end of Dec. and my ad was not the same then as you say, the dates on the ad's are proof enough.
Idont really care if I trade/sell on here or anywhere else, like I said I just do it as a hobby. If somebody does'nt like a deal then they are free to back out at anytime during the meeting, but nobody is going to pay for something after YOU broke it, if thats the case.

I am partially to blame because I trusted him to a point. I actually gave him extra parts that were not in the deal and paid for his gas. I never realized that every word that dripped off of his tongue was a lie and I was being set up. I paid the price but I won't be caught with my guard down again.

I have traded and dealt with many people on here and none have every said one bad thing of a trade until you bart, not one!
From what I can tell you do the same thing with everyone you deal with, if something happens bad on your behalf or you feel you dont burn somebody then you start.

The extra parts I'm still looking for? The deal was if I would drive to his house he would pull the engine and keep it thats it! everything else stayed!

You would think if he was truly scammed the first time he would be pretty cautious the next, logical right? But here he is on here again crying.

Bart, did you look at what you traded for? Check it out? Used vehicles are typically sold as is. That's just the way it is, and if you looked it over (which I think you did), then stop crying because you liked it enough to make the deal.

And BTW the whinefest where you play the victim because the Forum doesnt side with you means nothing. Just because you posted on here saying the other guy is a scammer, DOESNT MAKE HIM A SCAMMER.
