whats best?

How much does a drive shaft yuke normally travel on the trans spline? I think mine is to close,the trans seal on yoke is up against the radious of the yoke at the base.I think it maybe botteming out on the spline on launch?

I had mine at 3/4 of an inch from the radius of the yoke.

well i made some changes to the lower control arms on my 80 malibu last year and then started having trans trouble.Now i see whats happening.Thanks for the info.
