355 sbc vega dyno'd

we dyno'd my brothers car and it made 505 hp at 7k with 390 at the tire but what was kinda weird it made 474ft pounds of torque but did it all when it hit 3k.... it just went damn near vertical then flattened out till the end ..... now he's running a 5500 stall.... i never seen this happen before... does that seem right?

If he's running a short duration cam or you have it installed at 102* or in that neighborhood it could.
