I bought a Horstman clutch from Raceface02 Dwayne Parker of Danville Va. He advertised and e-mailed me that this clutch was in "raceable Condition". I mailed him a money order for it and received the clutch a few days later. I dismantled it for cleaning and inspection only to find the main hub was cracked all along the keyway, the retainer ring that holds the weights was broken and the spring seat was also broken.
I had informed him of my findings and he said he would send me the parts to replace the damaged pieces. After many attempts to call him ( he is ducking my calls ) and several e-mails I get no responce.
My advise to everyone, ADVOID DEALING WITH RACEFACE02
DWAYNE PARKER OF DANVILLE VA.
If anyone here knows Mr. Parker, tell him I'll look him up when I go to SoBo in a few weeks.
I'll keep a watch on ebay as well, warn anyone there

Hi guys....... here is the latest update.
Dwayne hasen't returned any phone calls however, He did email me today to tell me he would replace the clutch or parts to repair this one but he wants me to help him with the shipping. I told him ( for the third time ) I will gladly split the cost of the freifgt but sent it first and whatever the cost on the label says I'll send him half. Also said I won't sent him the money first, did that, won't do that again, "screw me once shame on you ect...)
I'll keep all of posted of the trials and tribulations and outcome if ever there will be one.

I did indeed receive another clutch from Mr. Parker on Fri. 4/1/11 to replace the crack and broken clutch he sent me 3 / 15 , It was postmarked 3 / 30 not 3 / 28 as previously posted. This entire trasnaction should never have come to the "bashing and negitive posts" on this forum. The lesson learned is, (buyer beware and only buy from a seller with a good repitation ). I kept me word to mr. parker, I sent him more then half of the postage it cost to send it to me. I sent it out 4/1/11, He will receive it no latter then 4/5/11. Nor the last guy either Heather? How much of the agreed upon shipping did you actually pay? Each time it was some excuse wasnt it? They sent you shipping once then had to do it again.

If shipping is included in the money paid to you and then the buyer has to do it again because in the Kirkey Seat deal you said you had no money to ship and in the clutch deal you sent something damaged, WHAT EXACTLY IS IT?
