I have been trying to sell my enclosed trailer and I think I have priced really really low, I talked with haulmark dealers and they said that if my trailer in its condition would be placed on there lot it would sell for around $16,500. I have it listed on here for $13,000 and all I get is a few people wanting to see pictures and thats it. Can anyone give me ideas on why and how I can sell my enclosed or have someone do a partial trade with me for a smaller enclosed??????

Looks to be the ad ..
First thing that says why you may not be having any luck no pictures and very little details about it.

When I was looking for a trailer and saw an ad with a picture that far away I always wondered what the seller was trying to hide. The more detail you can show the better. Then there is the trade value higher thing. The way I see it, you look at mine, I look at yours if both agree we trade.
Not trying to get under your skin but you asked and I just went through the buying end.

If an add doesn't have pics I don't even look. You need to add some pics. of the tires and of the inside. Several pics of the inside.
List what weight the axles are (GVWR is also ok)
Tire condition.
Deminsions of outside / inside and also rear door.
Any accessories you have in it.
As grumpy as some people are (and to lazy to respond to mssgs) if a buyer has many questions they want even bother asking.
When I was looking for a trailer I needed to know all the answers above. I sent several people questions and even listed them 1-5. You'd be supprised how many people would only answer some of the questions.
Needless to say I didn't buy from them.
Remember you can NOT have too much info listed about what you are selling. The more detail ( specs) you have the more professional your add is.
Your trailer is listed at a good price, but it is above what most guys want to pay for a trailer. I would like a 40' just like yours and I need the hitch adapter you have in the pic. (you didn't mention that in your add and you should), but can't pay that much for just a trailer. There are several (older, but) with living quarters for the same amount (or less)listed on RJ.
That would serve my needs better. You also have to remember people will pay way more from a dealer than they will from an individual.
It looks like a nice trailer and somebody looking for a new(er) trailer will buy it. Income tax is starting to come in so maybe that will help.

Ok Im understanding some of your ideas that are being said. As for the trade value higher I stating that if your trailer is worth 6500 and my trailer is worth 16500 I would trade for your trailer and 10,000 cash is what point I have been trying to make. Im just looking to down size to a smaller enclosed or just sale right out for cash which is the best way. I like honest people so anything that anyone says will not get under my skin.. This trailer is like new really is I havent used it but maybe 12 times and only pulled 10 miles from house etc.. I would like to add more pictures but I would need to become a paid member and I love this site but I feel the membership fee is pretty high unless I was on here making a living selling stuff in which thats not the case. Thanks for all replys

betcha if you paid the membership fee posted more pics and sold the trailer you wouldn't think it was such a high fee on the membership.. ...just a Hunch of mine...
Also this day and time 13k for a trailer for a Hobbie is not chump change to many folks out here this day and time.. with that said people with Money will buy your trailer but understand they can afford to be picky...so guess where this Buyer goes ?..you guessed it..the place where he gets ton of information ( and red carpet treatment) of what they are wanting to buy.....so get serious about selling your trailer and spend a little cash advertising your trailer by reaching out to your market...plain and simple people with that kind of cash for a hobbie is not gonna dig for information or deal with much hassle because they don't have to.....
would you pay someone $100 to sell your trailer right now for 13k ?
think about it.

What Bjuice said x3 ..
whoever is telling you its worth 16500, you'd better ask them if they want to buy it. In a good market maybe in this market no.

I think my club membership is like 6.99 a month and I can have 5 ads with a boat load of pics... If that 84 bucks in a year helps me sell one little part it pays for itself let alone something big. An example of what I would consider a properly constructed ad to look like go to ad 2134389
Tons of details and pictures from every angle. You still get tire kickers but you weed out alot of foolish questions by answering it in your ad...
As far as your trailer I would say 12,000 would be about the best your gonna see or most likely a decent 28 footer and around 6,000. The trade value higher makes most people run. THE PRICE IS THE PRICE...
Hope this helps.

Nice add. That should help you get your asking price. The add and pics show that's it's been well taken car of.
