Click on My Ads. Under the number of views it will tell you the number of people watching your ad.

Not a problem. Once you see the list of people watching, you can click on their name to send them a message as well.
Most of the time it's just people collecting pictures or ideas. Never hurts to contact them to see if they are really interested in your ad.
