do they make a filter element for the fram style fuel filter for alcohol?

If you are talking about the style with the orange top and chrome bottom, that filter may not have enough flow for alcohol, depending on your use.
For drag racing I look for a filter with 1/2" pipe thread ports or #10 AN ports.
