i think everyone knoes about what went on with me and raceface by now. i have contacted him on one of his other i think 4 names and he said im trying i will get it out to you asap. then i said how soon is that going to be and still no responce. i even offered to pay the SHIPPING! and he has not rreplyed yet and this was i belive two days ago. i dont know what i need to do. ive thought about having someone going to pick it up from my family that lives close to there to go pick it up conceredering i have his adress and all of that good stuff but im not sure what i need to do. :evil:

I would say its time to start some action on this, start with topsportsmans link & report what has happen there ,next read scorpion1110 sticky at the top of the scammers section here and start implementing the actions there. the steps there have resulted in arrest of past scammers here & repayment of lost money, you have to take the action, the scammers all bet the a victims wont and go away.....dont be one of those...jmo, mike

If I had any way possible to go get the seat I would. You may have to pay to have it shipped to you again, but at least you will have your parts and only be out the shipping cost.

Hey Julian, I've seen people post notices in the classifieds warning people about other people that they had bad dealings with. But it only gets seen by people that are looking in that certain section of the classifieds.

this time he is doing to call me and im going to tlk to the postal worker while he is there i am not sending him any more money. im going to tlk to the guy befind the counter and have him open the box and make sure it is in there and then i will pay the shipping. and i am going to ask the "guy behind the counter" allot of questions to make sure he is real and all of that good stuff. when he proves to be a postalworker then i will pay for the shipping. if i dont think he is real and if he dosent answer the questions correctly i will not give him any info. im going to look up stuf on the computer so i have some good questions to ask him that only a true postal worker will know. i want this done and over with i know im going out on a limb here but i feel like i have to take this chance to get this resolved!

i finally got my seat today and it is what he explaned in the description suprisingly. i am still going to ship him the catch can because that was part of the deal im going to hold up my end of the deal and pay to havt it shipped to him instead of draging it on for over a mounth im just going to pay for shipping and ship it to him no pussyfooting around! if someone has a problum with him let me know and i will help you with him as much as i can. thank all of you guys for your help it is very much appraciated!
