WHAT DOES A SBC MOTOR WITH ALUM.HEADS WEIGH?
WHAT SIZE BOLTS SHOULD I USE TO BOLT IT TO A ENGINE STAND?

DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE WEIGHT. A STOCK SBC WITH IRON HEADS AND INTake is about 675 lbs.

Use 3/8 bolts to mount it to the engine stand...what else could you use? :? The bell bolts are 3/8-16 so that's what you use.
