problem with cowl hood and wipers

I instaled a goodmark 2" cowl hood on my 67 nova and the hood won't open with the passenger side wiper on the car. any one had this problem? any cure that anyone knows of? thanks gene :?:

can you get a pic sometimes easier to find fix if looking a problem

adjust the wiper arm up on the windshield just a fuz :!:
