If I wanted anything ported I'd call Curtis Boggs at Raceflow Developement.I've never had heads ported but his reputation is excellent on any forum you read.

Just thought I give my 2 cents worth on this question.
Rhyne engines (in Gary Ind. I think) has a great reputation and build nearly bullet proof motors. When I was racing all the front runners used Rhyne.
