FlyingFrog likes to use RJ as a way to advertise his website

So I have a ad in my favorites, the guy PM's me and asks me if I am interested. I say yes but my car has to sell 1st. He then asks me what car so I give him the ad. Then he tells me he can list my car on his website haggleme.com. I say "no thanks". His reply is its either not my car or I dont want to sell it!! WTF?? The guys is basically pluggin his website via RJ, he is NOT a paying member and he wants to give me crap for NOT wanting to list my car on his crappy fargin website :?:

I don't claim to be the sharpest blade in the box but is this guy illegal mostly because he's NOT a paying member or that he didn't take proper procedures such as the affiliate program route??
I'm interested because I've been wanting to take up on the affiliate program myself and appreciate all the help PJ has given me so far..
