I bought 2 15x12 wheels from him and after waiting 2 weeks to get them they were 15x10's, I informed him of the difference and he agreed to pay $40.00 back to my paypal acct. which he has never done and giving numerus excuses, he has other items listed, I would caution against trusting him or his description of his merchandise....
