No PM needed.I did PM a few guys that were "socializing"up the feed back section,I asked them to stop,it didn't so I made this post in one of the threads.

I guess when a thread gets so big some of you have to socialize the thread its time to lock it out here.If you can't help a thread along,other than posting bumps and smileys and socializing in this section,I am locking the threads out.Posting useless drivel to keep a thread to the top is not fair to the others here that have valid complaints.

This thread is done and before anyone goes and bumps a similar thread to the top you better think before you HIT the submit button.

Lets use this section what its for,and its not socializing!You guys have other sections here for that.

The "socializing" continued,so I started to lock the threads out.Its that simple.All I ask is if you can't help a thread along around here,especially the feed back section,its best not to post their useless drivel in them threads...Smileys,bump,trashing,and back to the top. I am not going to stand for it.

There are people here to help,and when they make "helping posts" it gets buried in all that useless drivel.

There are plenty other forum sections for them guys to play in,but why do they continue to keep playing in that section is beyond me.

That all I ask,and I don't ask much from you guys around here.

But when someone has to take the heat for things posted here,I get that all the time.Some people should think before they hit the submit button some times.....when a couple indiduals start posting their names on the bottom of their posts,so they can take the responsability of their posts,I'm all for it,that will take the heat off my a s s if you know what I mean.

I think the forum is running pretty smooth right now

All I can say is they need to be held accountable for their posts,I seem to be getting the heat for what them guys have posted.Thats reason #2 why threads have got locked

My telephone has been ringing,I bet theirs haven't rang once.

I am not hard to find when someone is out to get you.

This is the reason you have to check that box on the left,before you can post something,and someone has got to be held accountable,and that person was me.

So as long as them guys "quit" here its been all good for me.

I can understand not wanting to take heat for things other people say. I also can understand personal risk involved with being in that position. very good reasons!! maybe the position of moderator should be an anonomus one no name, no profile, just a pm contact to a moderator. scammers are scumbag crooks and are more than llikely criminals in more than one way. as a moderator you should not required to take on that kind of risk. now!! guys!! we had a great forum here and can still be that way, hope everybody can get over being butt sore and get back to talk about cars & racing, thats what brought us to this site in the first place. :D this is why I chose to post the reasons why people were pissed, get it out in the open and lets get passed this crap. jmo, mike

It is kinda hard to believe that someone's phone would be ringing off the hook because of post on here, Unless it was the scammers and ripoff artist complaining about people on here trying to catch them scamming people ! From what i can understand it isn't the people at RJ office / Raceway media doing it ! So who was it ! Wanting people to leave this forum isn't the answer just to make life easier :!: Maybe if the heat is too hot then maybe it is time to get out of the kitchen !! I have recieved some of the mentioned PM's and believe me they weren't very nice, have been forward some from others and they weren't very nice ! And no there wasn't no asking involved!! I know I havent been on here for awhile and I am to blame for that.



Here is the reason why I havent been on here lately...............

You see myself and dragonmaster was in a deal of me buying some Kasey Kahne cars from him. I have had things happen and go on that were out of my control. He stopped PM'ing me all together and I was ashamed to be on here. Possibly being called a scammer or a person that doesnt go thru with what they say.

A few things that has been going on with me have been almost losing my horse trailer and quad due to the finance company screwing me over saying that they never recieved the payments we sent and so we had to pay extra just to be able to keep from them taking those things. We havent even been able to get the Mustang from Ohio transported to Nevada yet due to everything that has been going on. We have tried to get many transportation people out there to pick up the car but at the last minute they would either jack up the price or say that it is just a pick up and drop off and that the driver will not help the wife move the car around to get it into the storage unit. I am just thankful that Matt has been very understanding and willing to keep the car where it is at till at least myself or the wife can see the car in person. Also while all this has been going on the wife and I was on the rocks and leaning towards a divorce which right now we are getting better and closer again. At work I have been moved from working on the blackhawks at night on an unscheduled maintenance team to working on the AH-64 Apaches Scheduled maintenance team during the days.

Yeah I have been on Yellow Bullet more than here but that was because I felt ashamed. Yeah I also think that RJ has gone down hill a little bit but looking back everything has their high times and their low times.

nobody on here thinks your are a scammer, shiet happens and a deal fell through, big whoop! my problem is we are missing some good people on this site, some of ths sharks seem to be gone for good, mopars previous post says a lot about the feelings of the people on the "other" side of the forum, scorp hasnt had a post since the middle of march and the list goes on and on. sure we all have our ups and downs but for the longest time this was the place I could come to when I was down and my buddies would bring me back up. I sent a pm to bjuice last week and he hasnt even replied so I have almost gave up hope... :(

Well all of this makes sense now. I have not been here as much either... but not for any reasons listed. First of all, we are all friends & we need to keep it that way above all the issues going on the sidelines. Truthfully, I have never been to Yellow Bullet. We need to check in on him. There is a guy who has had some rough days. Hemi: Kudos to you for bringing all this to the table. Remember when we were up late trying to figure out why your fuel pump was putting out too much PSI? Only true gear heads would find enjoyment being up in the wee hours talking about that. Top Sportsman: I get that you have to be the glue for all of this to work. No worries, we must all understand that we do not see what all the mods see.... or understand certain decisions. Hey- let them make those decisions... that fine w/ me, they signed up for that. Harb: you are a good man. I always expect a sound word from you... & you make me laugh too. I bought a (cheap) used enclosed trailer. I never buy anything less than the top brand of anything, but I'm just tired of spending so much money racing I decided to buy low budget trailer. Let me just say, as always it's cost me more to fix it up than if I had bought a newer trailer. I also had a few months between the time I sold my old truck and had my new truck in my hands which is why I use to be on here alot. Now it's race season so I'll be busy for a while. Just keeping in touch and letting you guys know what's up with me. Sorry didn't mean to change the subject.
BTW the new Mad Rabbit will haul azz!!

Don't feel too 'proud' my Brother in arms, to look into them for help. Like the poster says, 'It takes courage to ask for help'......

I would like to say there are some damn good guys on this forum, who have helped me a lot, mopar 1968 (mark) is a damn good man he has helped me and gave me a hell of a deal on a carb, and sent me a complete brake set up for a mopar rear. others on here have been good friends and have always gave good advise to me

Sorry guys , I havn't been on here in a while either...My dad (91) had to have emergency surgery 3 weeks ago and took a turn for the worse... he stayed out for over a week and slowly getting back to normal , he can not walk anymore so I have been working on getting him a scooter chair...we picked it up saturday and you should see him go with a huge smile on his face ....I hope to get back on here a little more now that we are staying back home again . looks like I missed a few things...I will catch up.....Paul

Sorry about everything that went on. Stuff is still going downhill for me. My truck is in the shop for replacement of the turbo and fuel injector control module and a complete new front steering parts.

I just feel bad cuz I hate it when deals fall thru. I always feel like it was my fault for having them fall thru.

Yes it does suck. The only good thing that is coming out of this ordeal with the truck is that I will be able to finally get an aftermarket turbo and a good aftermarket tranny for it. Which I had to talk the wife into letting me get. :twisted:

You are right about all this. I for one didnt get pissed off or get my feelings hurt just had a deal fall thru and was scared of what everybody might think of me. I am back now and even tho I dont post much I do read everybody elses post. Also I still hope to meet everybody on here someday also.

Actually I stop in to read but havent really posted in the last month. And there's one simple reason. I just got kinda tired of getting pm's and people asking for help, and never seeming to get a simple thank you. Hilarious huh? i think sometimes you just need a break from the Scammer Forum.

well I can back Mike's story, he sent me a PM that stated what had happened and was very specific in its tone and then he could not get on the forum for at least an hour. he sent me a few emails during that time and I had no problem getting on the forum during that period. now was it just a coincidence?? I have been around taking a peek, but have been listening rather than speaking- here's why.

We have some great regular guys on this forum, and especially the scammer forum- Total bulldogs, who know where to look and how to dig up info.

The problem is that a great many of the posters on the scammer forum seem to expect the regulars to do all the work. We have to post the add number, pm the other party, do the web searches-

I get PMs from people who have been scammed who want me to make long distance calls, look up this or that- makes me laugh sometimes.

So I decided to take a break, work on my racer and build some transmissions, and see if some of the newbies could figure it out. I don't think they can though :)

I really don't like reading the scammer section. It absolutley disguss me that so many people are crooks. I never take pride in getting over on someone else, but many people live for it. No way would I spend the time doing what scorp has done because I just hate dealing with all the bs, but I'm glad he does because if it wern't for him (and others) many of the scammers would get away with it.

OK, per request here is the PM I was sent from MEMRACING thats seemed to result in him being banned for awhile. I copy and pasted this word for word. This was a reply he sent to me when I had asked what happened on the forum.

Heres my reasons for no longer being a regular:

1. Our site (forum) being censored to protect the thieves.

2. MOST folks that have been ripped off don't want to do the "leg work"
required to be made whole again.

3. PJ and his cronies are interested in making money, no interest in any

4. Apparently some folks in charge are allowed to "talk down" to others,
while the ones without "the button" are banned for doing so. If you are
going to preach political correctness, at least practice it yourself!

Right is right. Wrong is wrong. To me, it is that simple. If in fact, the mods have read private PM messages, that is wrong. otherwise, it should not be called a "PM". I would like this clarified so we know.

Name calling & insinuating that someone is delusional or on "meds" is a cheap shot... we all know Mark is a good guy. At the same time, the Moderator is basically calling him a liar too.

A moderator should also be a leader. In fact, this particular moderator is creating an "us against them" mentality around here. Locking a thread is fine if they see fit... go ahead. I would say use sound judgment when doing so however. Otherwise, the name calling & button power combined with attacking peoples integrity is unnecessary- especially from someone who should be a leader.

I have probably said some things on here I shouldn't have. Maybe my emotions got the best of me a few times too. None the less, I will stand corrected if I have gotten out of line. In this particular thread, I think the moderators should apologize to those who been treated unfairly... or have had their integrity challenged unjustly.

Here's the thing: WE are the people that make this place... not the mods. There is a complete lack of professionalism & leadership. To me, is more important to defend my friends & make a stand against the mods behavior at the risk of getting kicked off, locked, or whatever them deem necessary. So far, I see no attempt from the mods to make this right. No explanation about PM's, no apology, etc... just ignoring. If this were a "scam thread" that was hot, you would bet they would be here chiming in. Like i have been trying to get threw to some of you,if you can't help a thread along the way,WITHOUT TTT, BUMP, Posting smileys,OR making THREATS to people,its best not to post!

If you want the forum like it was,grow up,If you can't there is a RED X in the upper right hand corner,"click it" NO ONE is keeping you here,and there are many other forums out there.

NO ONE has been BANNED here ever since I been here,all are welcome.

The banning issue was when RJ had the server issue,there are still some problems,but they are being addressed.Everyone was banned here in the forum,for maybe less than an hour,I did it and it was an IP issue,I contacted RJ and had Josh get the forum back up and running.I take full responcability of that mix up,nothing was intentional.infact it even banned myself (suicidebomb)Earl can verify this as he messaged me when it happened while I was in cantact with RJ.Excuse me I am human and make mistakes,unlike some of you that are all perfect and come here bashing me.I can handle it if you wish to continue.

Now if we can't act like grown men here and stop acting childish,I will remove the PM's and make adjustments as I see fit,there is no use in daily fighting in the forum as that only tends to run people off.IT has happen before when RJ had no moderation what so ever.

So if you don't like it here,move on,others are signing up every day.We are suppose to be here to have fun,hang out meet new friends and help people if we can.If thats too much,then please move along,this will be my last post on this,so read it and understand it.

I am the one running this place having to answer for the forum,not any of you!And I don't care if anyone likes me or not.

Not taking sides but I do know that TOM has Always said no bumping scammer threads with smilies and no socializing/joking in that section. He sent me a warning via PM back when I first started posting in 2007. It wasn't nasty just something along the lines of

"People that lose money to scammers will not appreciate wise cracks. Keep that stuff in the other sections" not an exact quote but something like that.

So in return I stopped posting nonsense and only posted when I could put in any info to help the people. I was in the wrong for posting nonsense and so it was no big deal after Tom asked me to stop to stop doing it.

ive received (in the past) (didnt save) a pm from tom about bumping that want real polite. and as far as smilelys he never sent me chit about them. next as far as the caractor bashing on mark that is way out of line. i personally know mark his wife and some of his kin and this is a man that put me and my wife and 2 kids up for 2 weeks while i found a house. called on friends for a favor to put a stranger to work off his word. has hauled my car to my job (little shop i work at thanks to mark) has given me parts for my car. mark is an honest hard working man im more then proud to call a friend. alot of things have gone down hill here the recent past and it digusts me that scammers and theives are in charge. and tom has no problem with it. his locking of threads is just an incouragement to the bad guys they now they can talk chit one of us react thread gets locked and they in not as many words get a green light to continue to rip people off and it seem to me that it all got started with nvmyvetts maybe its because him and tom are buddies or kin. but in this rant if im booted so be it any of you guys who i classify as friends can contact me on face book if you want SAMUEL E. I have been randomly following this thread and a couple things jump out:

1) Tom is a Moderator. He has been asked to give a ton of time and has agreed to- and I am guessing that job is as thankless as managing people but with no pay. You don't have to like him but you certainly must RESPECT him.

2) Name calling whether it be from a reader or mod is silly. And it makes the name caller look uneducated and pretty immature. If you can't say what you need to say without calling someone a name you really are kinda PATHETIC. I am directing this at Forum regulars and Mods- not the run and gun guys who are only here for a few minutes.

3) Regarding PMs- indeed they can be removed HOWEVER most Forums want PM use so that threads don't get bumped all over the place. Thats just going to make things full chaos. Thats a move that makes a point but doesnt make sense.

4) Locking threads is something a Mod should do to settle it down when it gets crazy out of hand. However if someone makes a point, sticks to the facts, and wants to put a smiley face on their signature - so what?

Note: Boys remember one thing- sometimes there is more going on then you know or than RJ can share. A thread could get locked due to legal issues (and there is one that I still wonder if that happened). RJ is not however required to tell the Forum Users everything.

5) Tom and Mark- Take a deep breathe and STOP. You guys don't have to like each other but you should co-exist on this platform because you both provide a benefit to the users and to RJ.

I took a break from regular posting for a while to take it easy and work on my car. I was also a little tired of the laziness of some of the scammer forum posters who wanted the regulars to do everything for them. However I guess its time to get my a$$ back on there regularly because you boys just want to fight and bicker :)

The bad guys are loving you right now.

Tom- open offer. You need a Mod and someone to take the load off of you and B? I will gladly help and I will treat everyone fairly and try and keep things pretty clean.

Now would everyone stop the damn whining and complaining and get ever back to business? I am going to head over to the scammer forum and see what the he!! is going on.
