When did you send your payment ?

I actually sent him payment twice once March 9 and once March 12. A money order he said he couldn't cash... then a Western Union. And he was suppose to send the money order back to me with the parts. The money order was from a RBC (Canadian bank)... I think he couldn't cash it because I dont think he even has a bank account. I'm in the process of getting that back from my bank. But I can't get me Western Union back.

I have been told not to send a Western Union to anyone I don't know and trust well. No way to trace who gets it?
