I think you are going to have a difficult time finding a filter for that with its design.Without a place to have a center stud, I am not sure you are going to be able to mount a carb screen or filter. You are going to have to fab something.

There's some read plus pics. on the Chevelle forum about the SV1 carb. Did you not get the tie bar with the carb, that you have to drill a couple holes in the top of the carb? also talks about a K&N dom. base filter.
