Anyone know the size of pop rivets that hold down the dzus fastners on the hood?

I've always used 1/8" that are 1/4-3/8" long

If going through fiberglass, I like to use a rivet back up washer also. JMO

Look in the pop rivet section of your local hardware store, or use 1/8" flat washers.
