What will happen if I switch from 33" tall tires to 29" diameter tires? I'm running 3:70 gears in the rear end. Will I notice a big difference?

It would be like running a 4.20 gear.

I could'nt remember how the gear ratio would be affected. Thanks for your answer. I think I can live with a taller gear.
