Your wrong. Its not slander. If it were anything it would fit the definition of Libel- but its unlikely it is going to be deemed that either.

I doubt that there is any intent; so climb carefully off your high-horse and deal with the buyer appropriately.

-I spoke with him on the phone agreed to buy his transsmission and couplers for $1,000
-Wired his bank $1,000
-He called twice the day the wire went to make sure he got the money.
-Said he would ship that day
-Never called back with tracking number as promised.
-1 AND A HALF WEEKS LATER I CALLED HIM TO SEE WHERE IT WAS
-Wouldnt return calls
-Used a different cell phone with another prefix he called back twice.
-I spoke with him and he said he would call right back with the tracking number
-NEVER CALLED BACK
-I spoke with racingjunk and googled this guy

-He has written bad checks to tracks
-Sold the tranny to 2 people I know of
-Sold but never sent heads to another buyer
-Copied the picture of the tranny I paid for never got from another racingjunk.com ad
-That guy never heard of Jason Pritz

sorry i fell asleeps at the wheel scorp. but those are the same 4 names i come up with. heres my take on this A. familyauto and teamgtr are same presons a work account and name and home account B. he cant remember who he sold to because when you sale it to multiple people name dont mean anything. C. seems to me that he knows everyone till money comes then foregets how to answer phone return calls. respond to emails.

Oh sure you did all this unimportant stuff but did you EMAIL him like he said.

What do you expect to get money for parts when you didnt send an email weeks after the fact.

And you know Jason is on to you pretending to be 5 guys- he knows that you signed up under different names beginning in 2005 just waiting for this date so you could pretend to be five different people and ruin his reputation.

Make perfect sense and any Judge is gonna buy that; hook, line,sinker.

-Jason said he would ship the tranny,
-I told him to take a picture of the newspaper in front of the suppsoed tranny and email it. To prove the date and so we actually knows he has it. FUNNY
-He wont do it and said he wants my address.
-Shouldnt he have it from the first time he ripped me off for $1,000
-What a jerk does he think everyone is stupid.
-Why say you will send it if you dont have a picture of it or the tranny!

Guess he is still trying to pull the same thing.

The DA wil have a great time with him and all of these cases.
