6sp Chevy Trans Shifter Problems

I am wanting to put my '95 Camaro SS 6 sp Transmission in my '68 Camaro. The shifter is too far back. I am told there is an adaptor/shifter kit out there but I have not been able to locate it.

Anyone know where to go to get one??
