1050 ultra dominator vs. 1050 cfm ultra dominator hp

Does anyone have any experience with the New holley ultra?
I am in the need to make a purchase for either carb and I really like that ultra, but I have someone telling me there could be issues.
Since I am not experienced in the carb business I was hoping someone out there would know.

I have a 80672 Ultra 1050 HP on my 496 BBC. Works good for 1/8 mile bracket racing. I bought it used off this site. There is one on here today under "Intakes and Carbs " in engine parts section for $600. Ad # 1805262.
