Is this a scam??

I have been looking for a set of aluminum heads for awhile and just now i stumbled across these bare aluminum pro comp heads for 399.99 new..Can Anyone tell me if this is a scam or not.I am real tight on money and cant afford to lose it right now!

Thanks alot man for the links.I guess they are right.You get what you pay for.My dad just sold some brodix track 1 stage 3 heads for 1,000.I guess i should of got them from my dad and used them.
