Boy that gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. Heck most of us here in Michigan could quailify for that. But it seems like most of the "EXTRA" money goes to that part of the state. Besides Michigan is #1 in the nation with an unemployment rate over 15% :shock: :evil: . But our wonderful govenor has a plan: She will finish out her term, move back to Canada and draw her retirement. Makes me feel even better.
