Possible Gold Member Scammer in NY

I purchased this parachute as well as a spring launcher, and a Fire system for my car from this guy. Since he recieved the money he has only answered the phone once. He said he was waiting on a piece for the fire system before he shipped everything. I call him once or twice a week from different #'s. I always leave messages. He has more items for sale here. you would have done well for yourself if you had checked here first , he has been on this scammer forum numerous times for the same stuff , go to the search bar at top and put in his name ,nitrojoe aka dick gaylord , you will get numerous hits , GOOD LUCK with getting your stuff..

I suggest you contact the Liverpool Police Department and explain the situation to them, since they know of Mr. Gaylord quite well. He has a reputation as a scammer from way back and I personally know him and was scammed by him in the over 30 years ago. Apply the pressure now and you should make out alright, but don't give up on this or in going after him.

Yes I did get the other issue resolved thanks to the Police Dept. I recieved a check for the full amount on that one. Mister Gaylord contacted me this weekend and said I would have my stuff by the beginning of next week. I will not take further action until then. Thanks for eveyones input. MP
