Engine Build Questions, HP Question, What will it run ??

I know its just a crap shoot ! But here is what i got so far

-350 4 bolt .40 over hence 357 ( lower end of motor all gm ) I'M THINKIN ITS GOOD FOR 6000 RPM ? CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG ?
-flattop 4 relief piston
-block has not been decked
-Dart iron eagle 180cc, Heads have been shaved to 58cc,2.02/.1.60
-Torker intake ported to match heads
-( still need to buy a carb )
-No cam yet i'm thinkin hydraulic flat adv.284 and [email protected] somewhere in that range, SOME INPUT WOULD HELP FOR THIS.

MORE ON THE CAR:
80 malibu
4.10 gears 275-60R15
th350 manual valve body ( still need a stall ) Maybe 2500-3000 ????
hookers with 2 1/2 to flowmaster 40's

HP GUESS ???? 400 MAYBE ? WHAT WILL IT RUN IN THE EIGHTH ?

350 HP,, IF YOU HAVE ALL THE PARTS YOU LISTED THAT SHOULD RUN 13.0 TO 13.5 'S EASILY. I RAN A 79 MALIBU BACK IN HIGH SCHOOL WITH ALOT LESS PARTS THAN YOU DO, RAN 14.0 WITH HIGHWAY GEARS.. 1/4 MILE... JUST A GUESS, GOOD LUCK.....

350 max prolly like 325, shoud get u into the 12s with that car though. 3000 stall for sure...also go with 3 in exhaust and drop the flows, got with a magnaflow or dynamax ulra flow ul notice a difference

I HAVE JUST THE CAM FOR YOU IT IS USED MAYBE 400 STREET MILES AND 20 1/4 MILE PASSES ON IT.
COMP CAMS,PART# 12-250, 284/296DURATION, 507/510 LIFT AND LIFTERS.
FLAT TAPPET CAM.
