i am in afganistan I told him I could make arranments if he wanted to trade a turn key complete 604 for my GRT i was talking to him on the phone and he talks a good line of BS , well i gave the ps pump, headers and a set of heads that were not even part of the deal so after he unloads the motor that had a lifting plate on it he loaded the car and hauled buggy

the wife called me back when he was leaving and i had already discussed it with him to give my wife the carberator ,,, well guess what he forgot to leave the carb i tried to call him when he was 10 minutes from the house would not answer and have tried many many times he will not answer phone to my number or answer emails

So you traded...and after he got your engine, he left with the car/engine whatever it was that he traded to you? If so that is theft and your wife should have called the cops. I hope you have emails or something more than a phone conversation to prove it was a trade.
