While the mustang in this add is a great car that was built from the ground up by my boyfriend and I, the new owner of this car that has posted the add #1646797 has made this car out to be something that it is not. The engine in this car is not a 306 and the car has never ran a 1.5 60 ft. that he has stated in this add. The car was at Pinks All Out, but only because my boyfriend won a lottery drawing not because the car qualified. The car has a 302 stock bottom end and it does run a consistant 11.30's to 11.40's. This add states several things on this car that are not true. The new owner of this car aquired it through a trade where he also said things about the other car that were just not true and he has only had this car for about a month and we gave him records of everything that was done to this car. I also still have copies of the records as proof of what this car is all about. So beware.

i drove the car to 1.52 60s.

as far as the pinks thing? well i guess david is a liar then. see what he told me on the phone when he called me was it qualified and the only reason he didnt run is because they picked a low 9 second field.

he also told me it was a Fresh stock crank, stock rod, forged piston 306. I also have the email he sent stating the same thing when he approached me with the trade. as well as emails stating the red racing buckets were included but not installed in the hatch. also a push pull that wasnt installed, a battery relocate and a nitrous bottle.(all that i never got).....as well as him stealing the bottle heater and several other things after he pulled it off your trailer....... so who is a fucking liar?????????????????????????????????????????????? ????? hell, i even agreed to pay 200 dollars for a 90 dollar hjc helmet just because i wanted a green helmet. (but you will never see that money now)

the camaro has exactly what i stated and all the reciepts are there to prove it.... what was not there or what i said it to be? i still have the old ad saved and we can go through it line by line....

oh... and the notch doesnt have a world class t-5 either. found that out when i had to replace the clutch, pressureplate and throwout bearing in it last weekend. its a straight t5...not a world class

I have copies of all the emails that you and him sent each other on both cars and he was up front and honest about everthing the car had and how he got on pinks (did you forget I was there?) As for the post you had on here for the camaro it is not the same post you had posted on craigs list and that is the one you and him went on... The camaro is being dynoed tomarrow after it cost almost $1000. to fix the car from all the oil leaks and the miss firing. As far as the things you are saying that were to go with the car the seats were not included in the deal and you were told that since you got both cars instead of just the one. Nothing was taken out of the car and as for the battery relocate, the push pull and the nitrous bottle you blew that when he called to confront you about the camaro and do we need to mention the helmet that you said you wanted and never paid for. Come on really dude. I have no problems proving what the mustang has... All the work on that car was done at rocket performance in yorktown va. The car was built from the ground up there... If your going to come on here and call someone a liar be able to prove it in my opinion. The only thing on tony's side I haven't seen is the email he says he has stating it was a 306 not a 302. He has corrected the ad he posted so that part does not matter like he said but we still have no proof they(shortcake) ever said it either. Tony also said he would buy his car and trailer back if you could prove where he lied to you. If shortcake thinks she and her boyfriend were done wrong then they should be proving their side. I don't blame tony for getting mad and defending himself, just need to use a little better wording with the name calling. the build sheet you have from randalls racing in chester shows you exactly whats in the motor.
eagle crank, eagle 6 inch h beams and kb 128 pistons.
also shows that the ptv clearance with the cam on the intake was 190 thousanths and it was 250 thousanths on the exhaust side.... also has the specs of the new bullet racing cam thats in there....as well as the bore size of all the cylinders with number 3 cylinder being a hair bigger than the rest... it was all plain as day on BOTH BUILD SHEETS


since the converter isnt a lockup convertor i dont know what it will dyno on a chassis dyno.... but it will be in the 550 to 590 range on an engine dyno

again i am telling you on a chassis dyno and with a NON-lockup convertorit wont dyno good. all of us know that.... i said the engine should be 550+ hp..... and it should be not 500. but not with a non lock up vertor and not on a chassis dyno....

but you got exactly what i said the car was and to say anything otherwise is just a plain lie.

and to be truthfull i didnt get the better end of things. i dont have a fresh 306 in the 89. i dont have my seats, i dont have a push pull, dont have a battery relocate, dont have a compucar nitrous bottle and i dont have a new clutch and worldclass 5 speed (but i do have a regular t5 that grinds going into reverse and leaks fluids). and well i do have the new clutch cause i put it in last week

And i gave up a camaro that just needed to be finished up like i stated from the begining that there is a good 20k tied into it

Yea, im sure it did. What dart 230 runner headed 408 sbc with a 284 duration and 645 lift solid roller cam and 12 to 1 comp wouldnt make that kind of power? I thought 550 to 590 was being conservitive. i would think it would be more in line of 620s myself. the aed 750 ho modified carb might not give it enough gas to get there though.....

I got no dog in this fight but honestly sir, you can't come on here and post dyno numbers from a chassis dyno and act like he lied to you by saying the motor would make 500 hp ...those are the numbers the engine puts out at the crankshaft...which is what people generally mean when they say "My motor makes XXX HP" There is a lot of factors that could contribute to power loss through the drivetrain.

A 408 with the parts he listed should be able to make 500 hp in my humble opinion.

I think the part you are overlooking is the fact that He also told you HE HAD NEVER RAN THE CAR!! Now, unless you believed he had a crystal ball how could he possibly do anything but guess as to what ET it would run? If the parts list on the engine was accurate then he did nothing wrong in predicting the ET....he just was incorrect. I wouldn't have believed low 10's from that list of parts IN THAT HEAVY CAR, I would chalk it up to bench racing /guessing....that isn't a slam on him or the engine. He either exaggerated or guessed wrong but IF that list of parts is correct I don't see where you have any right to complain about the performance..it would be MUCH DIFFERENT if he had TOLD you that the car HAD ALREADY ran those numbers.

JMO on things, but he said he told yoyu 500 hp or slightly more??? 500 HP won't even get a 3500lb car to go low tens.You would need over 600

I'm sorry if you guys feel that I was wrong for posting anything on this forum, and you may think that there is not much of a dif. in a 302 and a 306 in the case of the mustang and there may not be, however I contacted Mr. Tony via e-mail asking him to correct his add on the mustang before I came here. It was more than just the size of the engine that was imbellished on in his add. He simply ignored me and told me to mind my own buisness along with several other choice words he had for me. I only wanted to make sure that the person that bought the mustang knew exactly what they were getting. I have stated several x's that it is a great car and worth every bit of his asking price. Just wanted him to be honest about the car... Thats all... As for the Camaro he stated several x's the car would run 10's or better. Ok he said he had not run the car down the track n thats fine and dandy... I have no problems with the entire deal... He got the better end and that is clear... That is not the reason I came here... I was not trying to start a huge war over all this just wanted him to be clear about the mustang thats all... And in My Opinion he Imbellished quite a bit on the Camaro as well... In My Opinion he knew the car would not run what he said and he knew about all the leaks and so forth as well but thats just My Opinion. We took that chance when we did the deal... I could be wrong but with that big of a converter and roller cam I think the car could use more gear than a 3.90 especially at 3500lbs. I guess if you are wanting a street car to cruise in that would be ok but I still think it would pick up with more gear. JMO

He posted that here....after the deal. What does that have to do with what he told you before you traded? and besides that, that was about a different motor. The email YOU posted says he has not ran the car with this engine.

2. i got the better end of the deal? its been shown over and over you and your mouthy crap starter woman are liars. i was promised a fresh 306 with 1.7 scorpian rockers and a bunch of other parts. INCLUDING some red and black racing buckets.... i got a stock 302 block and some bullshit 1.5 rockers. and none of the other stuff. PLUS YOU STOLE PARTS SUCH AS THE HEATER AND BOTTLE WRENCH WHEN YOU PARKED THE CAR FROM PULLING IT OFF THE TRAILER!

Yet another lie..... if you remember corectly or you can sort through all of your other lies you will remember you sent me in your one and only private message in junk that. i was a scammer. neither car had parts i said they had ect and you had already reported me to junk for being a scammer and would do so every time i posted something in racing junk..... did you forget that? I am still trying to figure out what i lied about in my camaro ad and what i lied about in the mustang ad? i corrected the engine size thing. and the only other thing i know of is the times for the 60' .... i will be happy to send a fax to someone of the slips from both me and david showing 1.5 60 foots. hell, one of them from richmond dragway even has his nam printed on it from 4/24/09 showing a 1.5988 60 foot...1 from may 22 2009 at vmp showing 1.595..... and then mine from vmp on aug, 14 2009

so you built the car from the ground up and have over 10k in the car? so you put gt40x aluminum heads, cam, rpm performer II and rear cage, c4 ect
but you put in a stock junkyard 302 bottom end in it with 100k miles? doesnt make sense....
you built it from the ground up with over 10k tied up into it, i would have thought you would have spent 1500 on building a fresh forged piston 306 with almost no street miles and about 25-30 passes on it like i was told it had

Just doesnt make since to build a car from the ground up only to use a 100k mile engine.....
