It's been an unusally cool summer here,in western Missouri. Seems to me, we've had a lot of rain this year. As Chairman Obama would say,"It's George Bush's Fault."

I did not go, but ( MRA) we had a race in Transfer Pa and it rained hard until about 1pm. Made a big mess from what I heard.

this is a nice sunset at Noproblem raceway.

My last run was at 3:00 AM this night after a heavy rain fall for hours.

Twin Cities, at Monroe La. has been rained out 3 of 4 events all summer, and the races were either written off or a couple rescheduled, can't even get a T&T session in. Of course they only have scheduled races every 2 weeks (which sucks) because the off weeks have been better weather, it would be one hellva nice place to open a drag strip, and run it properly. Unfortunately they also have a mud track and make more money off of it, so they don't really care about the drag strip.

Here in Washington state first time ever that we had a 12 race schedule with no rainouts at the local track.
