DD you have it all wrong. A millionaire is not someone with a net worth of $1,000,000. The new Obama millionaire is someone who will make a million dollars in their lifetime to support the bums who have their hands out. :x

Just a note:

In 1977 when Medicade was passed, the 5 year estimate was a cost of $100,000,000. In 1982 the actual number was $11,000,000,000.
Yes, that is an estimate of one hundred million to an actual eleven billion..

The govenment cannot run anything efficently.
