I just tries to call the number listed on the phone. It is a non-working number.

Did you pay with credit card or USPS money order.

If you paid with a credit card. File a dispute with your credit card commpany. A credit will be issued pretty quick.

Also since the amount is over 5,000.00 it is considered a felony. Call and file a police report with local agencies.
