holley blue pump is starting to drag or slow down

after the car runs for 15 minutes the pump sounds like its slowing down, fuel pressure stays at 7psi from my regulator. i am going to try and rebuild it, i see that holley sells two different rebuild kits, a rotor and vane kit and a check valve kit. should i buy both rebuild kits? i have never rebuilt a holley pump before, is it pretty simple or should i just buy another fuel pump? any help would be appreciated. i do run a relay to the pump, i think its just getting old, its 3 years old now.

Hey Tommy-

Feel free to correct me anyone, but your pump is a vane style & not a geerotor (such as a "black" Holley). If you are going to rebuild it, stick w/ the vane as it is compatable for a regulator. The Black Holley geerotor is internally regulated. Hope this helps. Scooter
