I don't know about the law.....but give me a break....we the people bailed these guys out....BUT
I also think the lady wanting therapy is ridiculous.I know it was probably very traumatic but she is alive, be thankful of that. Just curious about you guys' opinion on this one....

This is a tough one, Tod.
There are so many layers in the litigation aspects of airline insurance, that it'll be years before it's all ironed out, if at all.
