This is the second part to the other topic I just posted. I would like to run an electric pump/regulator for the alky carb.. Can you do that? I've always ran injection systems w/ by-pass & returns, etc, etc. would like to avoid that if possible.
Thank's Guy's,
Kris

Lots do it with electric fuel pumps and have great luck. I use belt drives only, simple, rare to wear out and now power going to them. Several brands of elec pumps will work, avoid bg.

Honestly I was just going to get one of those pumps & regulators from jegs for like a $125.00 & of coarse a filter. Though I want to try it to see if it is something I would like, however it's hard to get away from injection, but I going to give it a shot.

see I dont know much about the pump jegs is offering for that price. It looks like one of those pumps on e-bay that they stuck their sticker on. But they have one listed there for methanol & one for gas. Same part # for the regulator to use w/ either.

You usually get what you pay for. I'd get a Magna Fuel pump with a Magna Fuel regulator. especially if your going to run alcohol.

Yes
I do agree make sure when looking you look for one that will work with both gas and alky if not you will regret it later on
