one of her freinds said she has i vacumm leak on the her ac hoses and that its leaking freon but her ac is colder than hell so i dont think thats it any one got an idea

Road dust in vent system

Is there a film on the inside of the windshield ? THAT would indicate freon or heater core leak

It's either the heater core or the evaporator is leaking some freon, and it is puddling in the bottom of the box, when you cut on the blower it blows it out, just a thought. since i work at a dealer.

You live in Texas, you dont' need no stinking heater. Oh wait, that's just in Houston.

Yeah there is only 7 bolts that holds it, 5 accross the top next to windshield, 1 on each side at the kick panel. Take the bulk connector loose, with a 10mm socket, lift dash out, there are 5 nut's at outer firewall behind engine, take nut's off remove heater box, place on table, take 12 philips, screws out lift off top remove heater core, reinstall in reverse order or turn computer upside down :!: :!:
