Well Guys the 67 camaro is Gone !

i am back to the 10.5 Outlaw Game.
Just purcahsed a 66 Nova with PAR 18 degree Big Chief with 2 guns.

the Nova is a 10.5 outlaw car, stock firewall etc..3,025 lbs with 220lb driver.
Alan Pittman built the front end and rear 4 link set up,

Tony Christian out of florida tuned the car with Nos computer etc..

i am attaching a thread that contains a picture of the car under the tent at Bradenton when Tony tested and tuned the car last year

At a mediorce track 2 weeks ago it ran a 4.71@153 with a 1.1260ft clocking the back tires..(10 inch tires @3,000 lbs)

lighting took out my puter, i will post some pics when a get a scanner up and running.

here is the link...time to bring out the High speed duct tape for the ole go-nads once again..lol...somebody shoot me for getting back into this crap..... :D ...i luv it !

Thanks for all the nice comments Guys..i appreciate it a bunch !..it took a lot for me to jump back into this game at this level...and the camaro had to go in order to do it..as i said it took a lot for me on this one Guys.........sooooo here we are.

i about worried Tom (topsportsman) to death on the phone during My decision process...thanks for puttin up with me Tom...lol :D

Yes fishman its the same Tony Christian that ran the 57 (Pat Musi's Arch Rival). Tony was the decision maker with the gear and converter in the Nova.
Tony also tuned the NOS/computer in the car at Bradenton last year.(Full day private session)

i am in the learning curve on the computer but what i am amazed at is how the Nos and computer is used more as a chassis tunning device..much different than most think including me up until now.

i will post some good pics when a get something done with this scanner in the next few days.....also got some good vids of the car.

Aint that the truth Mike !! :D

Fla1976 unless its a road trip for the guys i doubt i would make it that far off..this car is competitive at the local 10.5 races, it doesn't have enough in it for the likes of Tim lynch, Bill futch type cars that touches the teens.

best its ran is a 4.68 @156 mph and this was with Tony Christian driving..so i would say this is about all its got on a GREAT DAY which ain't near enough for the big dawgs

Bobby ORSCA is a real possibility for me since it host some local races,
We are going to Carolina June 6th...i also look forward to meeting you also..just missed you at Shadyside 10.5 race a month or so ago.
