Speaking of that, Obama had one of those fancy town hall meetings today and had the audacity of hope to say this: "I have personally asked leadership to pass into law, rules that follow the simple principle: you pay for what you spend. So that government acts like any responsible family does. Want a new program? You've got to pay for it. We can't rest until we restore the fiscal discipline that will keep us from leaving our children with a mountain of debt."
