427 info

I know I have been on here alot getting info- wanting to trade my sbc and turbo for a bbc, would prefer complete engine but the right short block with heads I would consider it. Had an offer for a 427 tall deck, 60 over, 340220 eagle rods, ??aires?? pistons, brodex heads bb2, edelbrock intake, cammotion cam with .700 lift, willys carb, airtex water pump, msd crank trigger- he has it listed for $8000-- would this be a good trade for my sbc and turbo? Never heard of the pistons, and wary of the 60 overbore dont know how thin the walls are and if it pops if I can bore it even more. Need info and help! Thanks!

Arias pistons. Used to be pretty good, I haven't heard anything negative about them. Usually those truck blocks go more than .060 if the core shift is not too bad. Sounds like a good combo...

The heads are over 2 grand new with no extra work.

WITH A DEAL LIKE THAT, I WOULD BE SUPRISED IF THE GUY ACTUALLY TRADES YOU AND THEN FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH THE DEAL, CONSIDERING YOU HAVE A SMALL BLOCK THAT WAS SPRAYED PROBLY WORTH $3000 MAX.. DEPENDING ON WHAT IT IS.
