I got to run Penwell this weekend. Track was in great shape. My little 535 BBC ran a 7.86 at 173.01mph. At 5208ft of air. I would usually be way upset to lose first round but the pass the little motor made, helped me to get over it a little. I probably couldn't have done it without the help tuning my terminator I got from hammertime, thanks David.

I'm spotting you 47ci, lol. Well mother nature was helping a little. We had a 15 to 20mph tail wind. Kinda evens up the sh#ty air though. 60fts were 1.08. Whats yours 60ft.

good pass ! that mustang whips our rears dont it
Let me know what it runs, best running motor I've had so far isnt this 582 it turns good but I had a 548 that ran 4.90/7.70 all the time 10:1 motor was a good bracket motor, twisted it 6800. I'd assume the 582 this year will be faster yet, seems once ya get to this point getting further starts really costing some $$

They were having an outlaw 10.5 show at that race. They're bad for an 1/8 mile. I don't know what would happen if they tried to run a full 1/4. There was one crash and four blown engines just in the 1/8 mile. But one hell of a show. I just wish I could blink my eyes and be in Michigan and that good air for one pass.lol.

Everyone calls Michigan good air, all the guys who travel all over I know are slow here vs most places they go. I'd bet u run very close here as there, Atco is where we both should want to go :) welcome to the mindshaft air
