Trying to identify porting #

Just got another used set of sportsman 2 heads for a spare motor that have had some porting done to them.
After cleaning them and removing some paint I found a number I believe is for the port work. but theirs no
Shop name. # reads 9909 with 18 under that
Does this # look or sound familiar to anyone

Joe call Curtis Boggs at Raceflow Development...might b able to direct you in the right direction....porting #'s I am lost
