What stroke crank?

I just got my new block(used cup) 184A with 55MM roller cam bearings. what is the biggest crank i can use with the 55MM cam? I thought i read some where with the big cam all you could use was about 3.625 crank.It will be an SB2.2 motor,Steel rods- for a drag car with 283 mains.

From what I have been told a 3.500 stroke is the longest you can rin with that large of a cam. Dont even think of Alum rods
