just heard from a good source in the insurance business that in
20 yrs the gov. wants to phase out old cars on the road, they do
not want cars older than 10yrs on the road, making sure that the
old cars are recycled and that we buy new cars to keep the
industry going, old cars will be outlawed on the streets, man are
we going backwards. better burn out on the street now that we can

your right only if we let them, but then again did you guys approve
the 900mil given to pakistan/hamas? these guys are terrist and
are fighting with israel and recruit kids to suicide/bomb cafe's
and within crowds, did we favor the money given? thats just it,
it does not matter what we want, like obama said, you voted
for it when he was elected, how about those potatoes, you can
kick scream all you want, like polosi said, we (the poeple) don't

oh and don't forget in the bill trying to pass is the"cash for clunkers"
and that is the start of getting old cars to the crush bin, this
is a bill that will be passed to get old cars recycled :(

check out sema.org they have organized a pac to fight these laws , last year they were talking about all of this happening and I didnt think it would get to this place. our hobby is in great danger!! TIME TO GET INVOLVED :evil: :evil: :evil:

thats right, sema is trying to get these laws stopped because this
will affect all the companies that make parts for old cars, can you
imagine hotrodding a new car? no way, i don't think gov. is realy
doing what we want, GUYS CONGRESS IS COMING UP FOR

The more I get educated about government & politics, the more I get pissed off. America is not about "Big Government"... how the hell can they tell us what to drive... that is BS. I wish I knew what I could do better. I have not been involved w/ the politic scene much in my life until lately... I mean, I get involved, I vote, but that is not enough. Now days, we have to do more. But what exactly? I don't have piles of money to persuade politicians... I called the Senitors office here once, but they could care less about my concerns. How do we hit them where it HURTS??? I feel like we need to do more... & make it hurt more.
