man cepx thats smooth, i noticed it does not jolt like i've seen
some with a transbrake where the the tires bundle up at launch.
also is that a bbc? what are the specs on the cam? sounds very
nice not too much lift, the low end is strong, very nice, after
i saw the vids i ran out my front door on to the street and
went, "vvvaaaaaaaaarrrooooooooooomwwwwhaaaaaaaa"
now i have skid marks, ha haaaaaaa  :D

Thx for the comments.
All these runs were footbraking, I have yet to try the transbrake.
Maybe this year I'll run it a few times in super pro.

Yes, it has a ladder bar set-up>
Last year it ran 6.0's and 5.80's at my little country track which is short by a few on old slicks with a slight spin after the launch. I'm shooting for 5.90's this year with new stickys and a tune-up.
Thx again for the compliments guys

That must be a pretty popular/good cam. I think bjuice had that one or similar to it in his 511 . He was in the 5's with his.

No way I could drive my car footbraking if I had a transbrake...hell I couldn't wait to try mine out...I tested it at home. :D

Well Tod I'm caught between a rock and a hard place, I have no delay box in the car and I run in a footbrake class, I do use the trans brake allot though, to back up. Cp

Pro tree BRAKE?? mine has a COAN brake in it and I can back up without engaging it. I run PRO rather than Super Pro. You can use a trans brake but you gotta bottom bulb no delay boxes allowed.

Yeah Tod, I wished they had a no box class here so I could use the dam thing but they dont, just footbrake and super pro. They do run a heads up 6.0 class ocassionally at Holly Springs raceway In north Ms that runs off a protree - I'm thinking of doing that a few times this year.

That would be fun. I hate bracket racing but that's all there around here.
