I got home took the motor apart and the rod bolts were not even tight,2 of the rods were blue the heads were cracked,I mean come on why in the world would I lie about heads being cracked,plus the heads and intake were full epoxy thus he never mentioned any of this to me sure he sent me new "heads" that were not even ported because I traded my car for a 555 BBC with ported heads.By the way PAUL thanks for the free heads I sold them on Racingjunk. And by the way PAUL leave my dad out of this he does not even know anything about what is going on.Then he sends some refurbished lifters and a set of head gaskets.WOW PAUL you really did ur best in trying to please us.If you tried so hard then why would you just not give my car back??????????When it is all said and done I will be the only one that knows exactly of how much of a FRAUD that you are...And he wants to talk about me trying to sell the motor on this site he trying to sell MY car after he said that it was a broke up southern welded piece of crap......Must not be to much of a piece of crap if he stills has it....

I am Paul Savoy. You can read the previous threads concerning this issue and decide for yourself. I have never sold anything that was bad or misrepresented in any way. I have many people who will vouch for me there. I made the mistake of trying to fix something that was'nt broke with this guy and he screwed me. I sent him replacement parts he said were bad, AND HE NEVER SENT ANYTHING BACK EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED RETURN SHIPPING LABELS. The proof is in the fact he admits recieving the heads, gaskets and lifters and sold them here on RJ. He also still has the shortblock for sale with the same parts he says were bad? I find it funny he calls me a "FRAUD" when he went as far as asking me questions from a differe'nt RJ account saying he was an interested buyer for the Jr car. Great story about his 200 pound kid, how fast is it and he can't give his email out for pics because he "uses it for business" and he hoped I understood. You will also notice he never once mentions what crap the Jr motor and clutch were not to mention that the backhalf was welded where it broke. JUST BEWARE AS HE HAS MULTIPLE RJ NAMES AND NOW HIDES HIS LOCATION AND DELETED THE SHEETMELTAL ACCOUNT.

It happens, port alittle to much or over time with heavy port you may need some epoxy to seal. Its not that uncommon, my heads have alittle epoxy in them and there fine. It's the cracks and BS you tell people when your selling something that gets everyone in a tissy. Just be honest when selling and everything usually works out.

This part number head is one that years ago was used in pro stock and as such every set has epoxy. I was totally upfront about this as was I they were filled solid so no water here. They were not cracked and I was honest. I was honest to the point of if they were supposedly cracked I replaced them with new along with the 8 run old lifters he bitched about. He then never sent anything back and had the stones to say the new lifters I sent were rebuilt when they still had the wrap on them. And if you read the other thread this was a trade for a Jr. The motor and clutch in this car were junk and he admittedly writes he welded the backhalf of the car at the track and it don't look so good. I unfortunatly found out about the motor and clutch AFTER I tried to make good the head situation. I want to stress, I do not feel these heads were cracked in any way and were as I described them. If he was honest about it he would have sent the parts back as agreed especially if they were cracked as he asserts. AND HE SOLD BOTH SETS ON THIS SITE and refuses to take responsabilty for the Jr motor or clutch

Well, there are the pics of the heads, Jesels and all. Thanks Chris for posting them. All I can say anymore is these are the exact pics sent to them (taken for them) and there were a few more pics but it would be redundant. And as for the rest of the motor, it is for sale by note here on RJ and it's either as I described it, or he is trying to screw someone??? You decide. The motor including the heads was exactly as I described it. I went above and beyond when I replaced the heads, lifters and gaskets with the promise they would RETURN the old parts they "SAY" were damaged. I even provided pre-paid shipping labels. Needless to say, they failed to send anything back nor did they do anything about the Jr Motor that was in need of major repair, the clutch that was unusable junk or the broke chassis he admits welding at the track. I have kept my word with everything I told them including sending replacement heads. THEM?????? NOT ONCE

All i can tell you is when i got my engine from sonny' engines last year the intake ports,[ in heads] intake it's self, exhaust ports had epoxy in them where they were ported, had no problems with mine :!: :!:

Thats seems to be the main issue here, if they were junk why did'nt you just send them back to Paul. Junk is junk, so did you let the person you sold them to know they were junk? As I told you I tried everything I could to fix an issue I think we now know did not exist. You most certainly recieved the exact pictures I posted and more. Epoxy was discussed at length as well as the fact the heads were solid. I am still unhappy you failed to live up to your end of the deal by sending my parts back and the condition of the Jr motor and clutch, nor am I happy you tried to smear my name. I in fact do have a lawyer working on some issues for my Dad's and brothers deaths for me and I already spoke to him concerning you and this issue. There will be two ways this can go.

1) I can continue to go ahead with my case against you with my lawyer
and sue you for the above issues + MONEY..............

OR

2) You make a respectable honor payment to RacingJunk for my parts
you sold. And most of all stop posting lies.

Just an idea,but IF the heads were sold through racingjunk,and since you have note's name,address,etc.,how about an ad posted within the classified section,inviting the purchaser of the supposed "junk" heads here to discuss the condition of them?

You are wrong my friend, it doesn't take 30 or more post to make things right, petty arguments are crazy and one liners to go the next step is stupid. Put your Sh*t on the table, and see what happens. We at RJ cannot resoulve your problem with the seller, that's between you and him. It's O'K to get opinions here, but don't expect the members to collect or solve your problems with the seller. I just like you are/is a member here at RJ, but we can't cure all the problems that come here. We have opinions, but they don't always solve the problem so don't go off on members that donot agree with you.

It pretty much showed blownalky3 has been the one screwed. Note even resold the supposed junk heads, and didn't make an honor payment. Blownalky3 is the one screwed, he should be the one we're supporting. I know your a stand up guy Zip, and I have the upmost respect for you, but I think you were wrong on this one.

I appolagise, for the above post, i was not meaning too go off on blownalcohol3, i know he got screwed, and in fact stated that at the very beginning of this thread page 1. I in fact got a PM from him and i explained that i was definately in his cornor on this trade, but i see no end or resolution to this problem. It's obvious that i do not like to see anyone get screwed over on a deal and this one is one of the worse that i've ever seen in my 3 yrs. on the forum. The seller just rubbed salt into the wounds by selling the original heads instead of sending them back to the buyer. I think a law suit is the only way out for blownalcohol3 in this case and again i appolagise if i was out of line in the above post. :oops:

Since YOU sold the supposed bad heads also, where is YOUR proof that they were bad. Sorry that you are getting stepped on, but there is a lesson to be learned. Don't throw stones in a glass house. You have never acknowledged the fact that the motor and clutch on the junior were junk, other than to say yea, so...I have yet to see a post where anyone truly believes he sent you the new heads with no agreement to send the old ones back. The way this has gone off, it shows (to me at any rate) that blownalky3 tried to make his end of the deal right. THis is by sending you the new heads, even though he posted the pics of the old heads. You have shown NO proof of any thing. And YOU screwed him on it. Now that you get called on it, you don't know where to turn. You have yet to acknowledge that you were in the wrong for selling the new heads, the old heads, or have yet to make an honor payment on either, even though you have (in the many threads you have on this subject) admitted that you sold them on RJ. Blownalky3 even said he would drop it if you just made an honor payment to RJ, so far, all you have done is whine. It is time to man up...

ok the way i see this Now that it has Played out for a few weeks is that if this happended 2 years ago Note was a Kid (15yrs old) not dpown grading the situation by no means....this lead me to believe dad was invloved at the time..but this current stuff could very well be the 17 yr old acting alone.

Now Note IMO you have made a step in the right direction in making a public apology..

Now Terry (Mytmouz) is right..there is time to start maning up..this would be a Great time for you to start..

My suggestion is call Paul up as a man and make it as right as you possibly can....Stop the Forum stuff..its long past that.

We learn in life by making mistakes..i hope this has taught you something..if you do not change the next stunt could end up costing you either thru a law suit, or something much worse..

When i was growing up 15/16 yrs old and thought i knew it all..My Papa (grandad) ended up Kicking my a$$ good..and afterward he hugged me and told me how much he loved me..then he proceeded to tell me that i must learn early on that a man will Kill you..life is not Kid games...( i really didn't get it,i was just glad the a$$ whipping was over)

Now at 43 yrs old i now totally get what he is saying..

Son just do the right thing..right now your molding character one day you want to look back and laugh at the kid you once were....we were all there at one time..don't feel bad

Note: I had simply told you in the very beginning it was 2 years ago and to stop posting crap about me as you would be sorry how it turns out. You will hopefully learn NOT to do this again and what your dad did was very WRONG. Your word is supposed to be taken much more serious, and you did not keep your end. I spoke at length many times with your dad about the epoxy in the heads and intake, and for him to bitch is ridiculous. I know he is your dad, but he is simply not an honorable guy. There are things learned in every situation, and this lesson is to NOT be like your dad. The fact I bought you new parts shows I tried on my end to make him happy. Your posts clearly show you knew the heads were supposed to be returned along with the other parts. I said earlier in the posts if I would have had the motor and clutch from the Jr looked at before I sent the heads, I would have told you to go pound sand. They were both junk and you guys had to know that it was far from fresh. I understand you are a kid and we all make mistakes. As bjuice and others have said, you are at the point of being a man, so it's time to get some character and be responsable for your actions. Stop changing your names & hiding your profile. I never once commented on you selling the 555 you said was junk, as I knew it was not. Be open, let people know who you are and start building some trust back. You can start by making an honor payment to RJ. I have never been looking for anything to come back my way as I gave that up after speaking with your dad and having him lie to me about the heads and that he would send back the original ones. What I was looking for was to clear my name. You should never have started this posting and let sleeping dogs lie, especially when you are so wrong. I have been the one wronged between the extra parts and the junk jr motor. Be careful, the next time you might piss someone off who will take things to a whole other level legally and physically, so be honest, do the best you can and things will always be fine.

Hey Zip, your a standup guy for apologizing in this case.

Now NOTE, why don't you use this as a "life lesson", and do the right thing, and pay blownalky3 the money you owe him. I beleive you RIPPED HIM OFF when you sold the stuff you should have retuned to him. Make it right with him, and send him the compensation he deserves.

You can say......it's NONE OF MY BUSINESS, but you'd be wrong. IT'S EVERYONE ON THIS SITE'S BUSINESS. Untill all the rip-off artists and scammers on this site are brought to justice, it just makes it harder for honest buyers and sellers to make deals, without the fear that they will be ripped off.

I have been on here for allmost 5 years, and advertized quite a few things, and have only sold one $50 item. I think more people would buy items listed, if they knew there weren't so many scammers here.

NOTE, it can start with you.... you can make this site a better place by saying : " Blowenalky3, where can I send you a Check" ?

Blownalky3 , that was a very standup message you just wrote , I for one believe your side now 100% , the truth always comes out sooner or later. sounds to me like you went above and beyond and still got the short end of two short sticks..this young man made a HUGE mistake in life and I believe you will not hold it against him forever..you sound like that kind of guy..as far as his dad goes , thats a different story!!
Mr. NOTE , I truly hope you never do anything like this again ,PLEASE , there are some people in this world that have been at your front door way before now to take care of you in person!!!think before you act .
