Well, I guess I will tell you where it was taken.

It was taken the third week of January on Pad B at Kennedy Space Center. One of the valves for the water suppression system leaked and it was cold enough to freeze. There was no shuttle on the pad at the time. The photo above was from last year before the flight to the Hubble was delayed. Rare to have two shuttles on the Pads at the same time. The pictures are from around the 80 foot level which is around the tailfin height.
