Sounds like a dumb question, but I just started looking at the forum, and I see the box for Img, but it doesn't seem to lead to a browse for image or anything like that.
Thanks for any help.

Your picture has to be hosted somewhere first. In this link Zipper is explaining how to do it to another guy. Scroll down a ways to read it.
