hey i need help in figuring out what headers i can run on my 89 ford mustang lx with a 400 cheverolet smallblock and turbo 350 trans if u can help me please let me know

You can try Kooks Headers...

Click on Products and then you can choose the car type.
I have never used their headers but they do list what you need
